Nourish

Nourish is an award-winning UK functional snacking brand. It was founded in 2015 by a nurse and functional medicine practitioner on a simple belief: food should actively support your wellbeing.

Every product is designed around three things that matter: gut health, blood sugar balance and clean-label transparency. No artificial additives, no refined sugar, nothing hidden: just functional, organic ingredients that people can recognise and trust. The range is gluten-free, dairy-free and plant-based, so it works for a wide range of dietary needs without compromising on taste. 

Highlights include the high-fibre, award-winning Brownie Bars.

Nourish is made in the UK, with real care and craftsmanship. Its values carry through to its packaging, too: the coconut bites and chilled bars come in home-compostable wrappers, and all other packaging is recyclable. 

Nourish also supports Water for Good through a long-standing charitable partnership.

The brand has a proven premium retail track record in the UK, where it is stocked by Ocado, Whole Foods, Abel & Cole, Planet Organic and Daylesford Organic, and served on board Virgin Atlantic.
